We will examine the legislative and litigation impacts of the #metoo and #timesup movements, and the practical implications for the nonprofit field. Specific topics will cover defining various types of harassment, the high cost of claims, employer liability, and how to properly respond, investigate and prevent harassment for nonprofit organizations.

There is no cost to attend, but space is limited. Please register by Friday, February 22. Please note we will not be applying for CLE credit for this program.
