Making Your Way Through the Ethics Haze: Selected Topics in the Environmental and Energy Context

Jacqueline Vidmar, Pilar Thomas, and Cynthia Faur were speakers at the Energy Bar Association Fall Conference on October 13-14, 2020. They served on a panel to discuss ethical issues arising from representing environmental and energy clients, including tribes and tribal enterprises. The issues covered included positional conflicts, organizational conflicts relating to Tribal governments and Tribal energy enterprises, and a lawyer's duty of confidentiality for unreported environmental noncompliance.
