Workplace Diversity & Inclusion, and Discrimination /Harassment Prevention
While the country and our workplaces grapple with COVID-19, employers must still be mindful of required sexual harassment prevention training. Sexual Harassment and/or Discrimination have not disappeared, but have evolved with current events as well to include more on-line/virtual harassment/discrimination. In addition, workplaces must re-focus on issues of Diversity and Inclusion in the wake of additional current events.
This program will address implicit/unconscious bias, micro-aggressions, and best practices for tackling diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The program will also cover topics as required by California law for sexual harassment prevention training. The program will be interactive. Managers, Supervisors, and Business Owners are encouraged to attend.
