Workplace Diversity & Inclusion, and Discrimination /Harassment Prevention
While the country and our workplaces grapple with COVID-19, employers must still be mindful of required sexual harassment prevention training. Sexual Harassment and/or Discrimination have not disappeared, but have evolved with current events as well to include more on-line/virtual harassment/discrimination. In addition, workplaces must re-focus on issues of Diversity and Inclusion in the wake of additional current events.
This program addressed implicit/unconscious bias, micro-aggressions, and best practices for tackling diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The program also covered topics as required by California law for sexual harassment prevention training. The program was interactive. Managers, Supervisors, and Business Owners were encouraged to attend.
