End uses have included large retail complexes, new condominiums, converted loft condominiums, automotive dealer showrooms and service centers, and recreational parks, including baseball diamonds and a rowing club.
Represents the Town of Holland, Wisconsin; which will be the location of a new county-owned solid waste landfill. The representation culminated in a comprehensive negotiated siting agreement addressing the construction, operation, financial and long-term care of the landfill.
