Greg Loper, Land Use Planner

Biography

Greg Loper is a Land Use Planner in the firm's Real Estate Group, and Phoenix office. His experience includes over 25 years of land use planning, land development and entitlements. The majority of his experience has been working in that role and as a developer of a large variety of projects, including single and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use and master-planned developments. Greg has also worked in the public sector, including as a Planning Director and a Public Works Deputy Director.
