Jack Lewis assists clients in many industries with a broad range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, and leasing, as well as other general real estate matters.
Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, Jack served as a legal intern for a commercial real estate company where he conducted legal research regarding compliance matters in addition to drafting transactional documents including commercial real estate sale and leasing, co-brokerage, and client representation agreements for U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions. Jack also worked as a legal clerk for a private equity and advisory firm where he prepared initial due diligence reports and conducted legal research on extraterritorial jurisdiction and antitrust law.
