Jacob Lichter is a member of the firm's Public Finance Practice Group, where he assists municipalities in a variety of taxable and tax-exempt debt offerings.
While attending law school, Jacob was a member of the Harrison Institute for Housing & Community Development, where he worked with low-income housing cooperatives in developing financial packages and refinancing existing debt obligations.
