Janet Lindeman advises clients on complex commercial real estate matters throughout the United States, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, financing, and mergers. She executes multimillion-dollar commercial real transactions for a variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, national commercial real estate developers, institutional real estate property owners and developers, and REITs.
Janet is an accomplished attorney who provides her clients with a unique perspective as she has experience on both the law firm side of real estate transactions, in addition to serving as assistant general counsel in corporate real estate settings. Immediately prior to joining Quarles and Brady, Janet worked as assistant general for a national retail corporation where, among other responsibilities, she led all aspects of the real estate legal practice.
