Biography

Janine Kadile is a paralegal in the Labor & Employment Group with over 20 years of experience in Immigration Law. Her expertise includes preparing complex immigration petitions and applications for a variety of clients. Specifically, her experience includes:

  • H-1B, L-1, O-1, R-1, and TN petitions and J-1 waivers
  • PERM labor certifications; employment-based immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3); immigrant visas for nurses; adjustment of status applications; consular processing cases; marriage visa petitions; naturalization applications; and Request for Evidence response packages
  • Preparing in-depth case analyses and strategies to accomplish short and long-term objectives;
  • Communication with government agencies, including the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of State
  • Assisting foreign nationals with maintenance of status and travel issues
