Biography
Jason Krueger is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group, with a focus on patent prosecution in the electrical and mechanical arts.
In addition to preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international applications, Jason also provides patentability, patent validity, freedom-to-operate, and non-infringement opinions for his clients. He advises clients in how best to align their prosecution strategy with their business objectives, both foreign and domestic, by developing a comprehensive patent applications strategy and drafting applications and arguments that preserve the broadest claim coverage possible.
