Biography

Jean Tibbetts is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Group. She counsels clients in global patent portfolio strategy and development, prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications and prepares invalidity and non-infringement opinions. Jean's experience also includes preparing patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions, providing counseling regarding IP issues in commercial and research agreements, negotiating and drafting IP licenses and agreements and providing due diligence analysis.

Jean has prepared patent applications in the fields of:
