Extensive IP and commercial litigation support
Jennifer Vidal Schumm helps with intellectual property and commercial litigation, including electronic document and discovery management, litigation technology support and electronic trial preparation. She has extensive experience in preparing for a wide variety of cases, including for arbitration, trial in federal court, and trial before the USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal and Patent Trial and Appeal Boards. Jenny is also an e-discovery specialist and has significant experience managing complex issues surrounding the collection, database administration and production of ESI.
