Trademark portfolio assistance
Julie Manz assists with maintaining individual client trademark portfolios. She works with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), foreign trademark offices and foreign associates. Julie prepares and files electronic applications, responds to actions, manages registrations and renewals, and files assignments, among other tasks. She also assists in the preparation of licenses, assignments, contracts and agreements.
Additionally, Julie performs preliminary trademark searches and orders full trademark searches.
