Quarles & Brady Naples Attorneys Keely Morton and Miranda Weiss Named to Leadership Roles for Collier County Women’s Bar Association06/24/21
Naples, Fla. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that partner Keely Morton has been named treasurer of the Collier County Women's Bar Association (CCWBA) and Miranda Weiss has joined its board of directors. They were sworn in yesterday during CCWBA's Woman Lawyer of the Year Award & Installation of Officers and Directors Luncheon.
CCWBA is one of Naples' most prominent volunteer bar associations, which serves to foster relationships among women attorneys and referral sources, and provides women from different specialty areas a chance to network and form meaningful relationships. CCWBA also promotes, recognizes and encourages the contributions of women within the legal profession and judiciary.
A frequent volunteer in the Naples community, Morton has been a CCWBA board member since 2017, is a past member of the Shelter for Abused Women & Children’s Next Generation Committee and is a member of the product liability and women in the law committees for the Defense Research Institute. She is a member of the firm's Product Liability Practice Group.
In addition to her role for CCWBA, Weiss is a member of the real property, probate and trust law and tax sections of the Florida Bar; a member of the Collier County Bar Association, and a member of the Boys and Girls Club of Collier County Friends Circle. She is a member of the firm's Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation Practice Group.
