About Kendall
Defending clients in product litigation for a variety of industries
Kendall Griffin defends clients in product litigation and counsels them through arbitrations and mediations. He also has experience counseling clients in prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as well as drafting various contract provisions related to intellectual property (IP). Kendall assists clients on matters in a variety of industries, including:
- Consumer products
- Medical devices
- Industrial equipment
Before joining the firm, Kendall was an IP litigator with a heavy focus on patent litigation before United States district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
