Kendall Griffin, Associate

Biography

Kendall Griffin is a product liability attorney that assists clients on matters in a variety of industries, including consumer products, medical devices, and industrial equipment. Kendall focuses his practice on defending clients in product litigation and counseling clients through arbitrations and mediations.

Before joining the firm, Kendall was an intellectual property litigator with a heavy focus on patent litigation before United States district courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Kendall also has experience counseling clients in prosecuting patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as drafting various contract provisions related to intellectual property.
