From 2006 to 2013, Ken served Quarles & Brady as chair of its Associate Development Committee after having served as a member of the Committee since 2001. In that capacity, he led the evaluation, compensation, promotion, and professional development processes for associate attorneys firmwide. Obviously, this service was an expression of Ken’s commitment to mentoring and teaching — he has helped develop many young lawyers into outstanding attorneys and has been recognized as a “Leader in the Law” (by the Wisconsin Law Journal in 2014), in great part because of his dedication to tomorrow’s legal profession.
Ken is particularly proud of having been twice recognized internally as a Star Mentor. Ken continues to serve as an informal mentor to younger Quarles & Brady attorneys.
