Tenets of Practice
Kevin posits that all good lawyers are careful and detail-oriented, but he goes on to declare that the following principles characterize his practice:
Timely Response: Kevin considers it essential to communicate with his clients in a prompt and timely manner; therefore he nearly always replies to client voicemails or emails within an hour.
Pragmatism: Kevin insists that it is critical to practice law within the context of business, not the other way around. He understands that the legal services he provides are only part of his clients' larger objectives, so Kevin continuously seeks to be a constructive part of the process and articulates the consequences of each action so that his clients can make choices that best suit the business context at hand.
Embracing Technology: Particularly with respect to responsiveness, Kevin makes good use of technology to serve his clients — several of them have noted that he has answered their emails in the middle of the night. Kevin is fully prepared to employ 21st-Century technology to serve 21st-Century clients.
