• Represents local real estate developer in the leasing of over 200,000 square feet of retail space in several shopping centers in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
• Represents a newly founded REIT in portfolio sale leaseback transactions across the United States.
• Represents a private equity firm in land banking transactions in various master planned communities in Arizona.
• Represents institutional landlords in connection with the office leasing of several prominent office buildings in downtown Phoenix, totaling over 1 million rentable square feet of space.
• Represents a significant institutional real estate investor in connection with the retail leasing and management of a 500,000 square foot shopping center in the southeastern United States, which includes over 70 retail tenants.
• Lead development counsel for a development company in connection with the redevelopment of approximately 11 acres of property located in Scottsdale, Ariz., for a mixed-use development property including hotel, residential and upgraded retail.
