Lauren Beslow, Partner


Lauren Beslow practices in the firm's Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditor's Rights Group. She counsels clients in a wide variety of restructuring and insolvency matters. Lauren has represented debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and trustees in both Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy proceedings, litigates preferential and fraudulent transfer cases, and has substantial experience contesting matters before various bankruptcy, district, and circuit courts.
