How many states or countries have you lived in?
What is your favorite drink?
Depending on the time of day, either a sparkling water or a bourbon Manhattan on the rocks.
What is your favorite month?
I don't have a favorite month, but I love the transitions between seasons. The first few weeks of any new season are fresh and exciting.
What inspires you?
If you chose a quote to live by, what would it be?

What is your greatest accomplishment?
Helping my daughter catch her first big fish, which was a 26" walleye.
What has been your most embarrassing experience at Q&B?
I haven't had enough of my favorite drinks to share this firm-wide!
What experience at Q&B has been the most fun?
I had a fun time at the WEC Energy Group retreat this summer. It was a great blend of networking and development.
What advice would you give to a law student?
Be studious but not too serious. Your law school friends will become a great professional networking resource in the future.
What is your greatest professional success?
In my first year at the firm, I assisted with the MillerCoors (now Molson Coors Beverage Company) joint venture which included tracking and transferring approximately 170 environmental permits and registrations to the new entity.
What class should you have taken in law school?
Who has given you the best advice about practicing law and what was that advice?
My very first job out of law school was here at Q&B. The partners in the Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources Group have all given me so much great advice throughout my career here, that it is impossible to list or show my gratitude.
What makes you laugh?
My kids. They are both intentionally and unintentionally hilarious.
What is the best thing about Q&B?
The people. Or maybe the Starbucks machine.
What do you do for fun?
I count going out to eat as my most favorite hobby! I also enjoy the theater, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with my family.
What is great about working in (your city)?
The lake views.
