Personal - Besides for my children and my family.

Not knowing in the presence of clients whether my new office conference room doors open by pushing or pulling.

What experience at Q&B has been the most fun?
My meet and greet with lawyers at the Chicago and Milwaukee Q&B offices and finding out that everyone is a pleasant person.

What advice would you give to a law student?
Always make business development one of your ongoing activities.

What is your greatest professional success?
Work - Successful law firm of 12 years.
Work - Created program for NYC with seven universities and up to 80 start-ups.

What class should you have taken in law school?
Tax Law.

Who has given you the best advice about practicing law and what was that advice?
Michael Maggio who inspired me to open my own law firm.

What makes you laugh?
My daughters.

What is the best thing about Q&B?
The nice people, the resources and the effort from everyone to support me to help me succeed.

What do you do for fun?
Play chess or mountain bike.

What is great about working in Washington, D.C.?
International city with lots of progressive young people trying to make a difference.
