Additionally, the speakers spoke about key elements of bills across the country to help individuals keep their privacy programs moving forward.

In this webinar, we explored many of the issues employers are facing in 2021, including the increasing use of medical and/or recreational marijuana by employees; whether employers should consider mandating workforce COVID-19 vaccinations; how the pandemic impacts requests for remote work and/or reasonable accommodations; and the ever-changing landscape of employee non-compete and other restrictive covenant agreements as employee mobility is on the rise.
