Provide advice regarding advertising traffic and placement issues as well as advertising production agreements. Assist in compliance with do-not-call and do-not-fax issues. Advice regarding metatags and search engines.
Social Media: Provide risk management advice regarding use of social media sites for marketing.
Sponsorship Agreements: Negotiate sports sponsorship agreements with professional basketball and baseball teams.
Branding: Responsible for handling copyright and trademark issues and managing several international trademark portfolios.
