Linda Schramer, Paralegal

Biography

Linda Schramer is a member of the Intellectual Property Group. She is a seasoned paralegal with over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, including corporate, government and law firm patent and trademark prosecution experience. She assists the attorney team with U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution. Her strong organizational and database management skills enable her to manage and track IP deliverables in a highly efficient and timely manner.

Linda's responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and filing of U.S., PCT and foreign national phase patent applications
  • Drafting responses, amendments and Information Disclosure Statements for filing in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
  • Preparation and filing of assignments, declarations, powers of attorney, issue fee payments, and certificates of corrections
  • Providing cost estimates for filing U.S. and foreign patent applications, and preparation of client specific case reports
  • Management of dockets for filing and response deadlines
  • Patent and trademark research
