Mark A. Kircher, Partner

Mark Kircher is an experienced trial attorney who counsels and defends national and international manufacturing companies in product liability and toxic tort matters. He has significant courtroom experience, having tried over 60 civil trials to verdict in 24 states. Mark acts as national counsel to some of the largest manufactures in the country; including those who manufacture motor vehicles, mechanical devices, and heavy industrial and construction equipment.

Mark handles complex product liability matters that involve allegations of design defect, manufacturing defect, product recalls, and unusual harm. And while he is a skillful and strategic litigator, he takes the time to fully understand every step of the product development life cycle in order to help his clients identify potential issues, and provide counsel on proactive risk avoidance measures.

When matters do make their way into a courtroom, Mark focuses on defending not just the company, but the men and women who design and engineer the products. He secures successful trial outcomes by working with expert practitioners to learn the science and technology behind product design and manufacturing; translating those complicated ideas into compelling arguments that a jury will understand.
