Mark Kircher Inducted to American College of Trial Lawyers

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Quarles & Brady LLP is pleased to announce that Mark Kircher has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America.

He joins Quarles & Brady partner Eric Van Vugt who is also a Fellow of the College. The induction ceremony at which Kircher became a Fellow took place during the recent 2017 Annual Meeting in Montreal on September 16.

Kircher focuses his practice on the defense of product liability cases. His cases primarily involve motorcycles, construction equipment, swimming pool equipment and consumer products. He acts as national trial counsel with respect to pattern litigation, and has tried cases to verdict in 21 different states. He is a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Counsel, a fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a member of DRI and the International Association of Defense Counsel. He received his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Marquette University, and his law degree, summa cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.

Founded in 1950, the College is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and only after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds, who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of fifteen years trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship.
