Meredith Doll practices in the area of immigration and nationality law, focusing primarily on business immigration matters including nonimmigrant classification petitions for professionals, treaty workers, intracompany transferees and their families. She is experienced with the PERM labor certification process and immigrant classification petitions for skilled workers and professionals, as well as extraordinary ability and national interest waiver petitions. She assists employers with immigration policy and strategy planning including risk management, layoffs and M&A impact planning. She has also advised clients on immigration-related compliance matters including I-9 audits, E-Verify enrollment and workforce verification.
Meredith attended law school at the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as executive editor on the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation.
