Biography
Michael Galen is an attorney in the firm's Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. His practice focuses on chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, restructurings, workouts, distressed mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and liquidations, distressed debt transactions, and other financial transactions. Michael represents debtors, plan proponents, lenders, and secured and unsecured creditors with all facets of such transactions and proceedings.
