Mitch Arnold is a transactional real estate attorney who helps his clients with acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, and other complex business matters. He has experience representing a variety of clients, in particular shopping centers, fast food chains and conveniences stores, in matters pertaining to complicated land agreements used in commercial development. His work includes declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions, reciprocal easement agreements, leases, purchase sale agreements and associated closing documentation, development agreements, and financing documentation.
Prior to his legal career, Mitch worked as an Exploration Land Manager and Transactional Real Estate Leader for a California based independent oil and natural gas company where we was responsible for matters of title, due diligence, and landowner negotiations; in addition to drafting, negotiating, and closing joint venture agreements with U.S. and international companies.
