Naomi Stieber is a member of the firm's Business Law Practice Group. She counsels clients on pending and enacted government and regulatory changes, including advice on regulatory responses, implementation, and compliance. She also advises clients regarding the legal risks of operational strategies and potential changes, including rapid improvement events (lean methodology). She has drafted, negotiated and executed technology and software agreements, services agreements, sale/purchase of goods agreements and staff augmentation agreements.
