Naomi Stieber is a member of the Data Privacy & Security Industry Team within the Intellectual Property Group. She focuses her practice on technology transactional matters and data privacy and security. In particular, Naomi assists clients with technology agreements (SaaS, joint development, IT professional services, hardware and services agreements, and end-user license agreements), internet terms and conditions, privacy policies, non-disclosure agreements, and matters related to the Internet of Things (IoT).
Naomi also advises clients on data privacy and security processes and protections to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
Naomi’s work is primarily concentrated within the consumer product, service, technology and communications sectors, where she advises clients ranging from startups to those with large, multi-state operations.
Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, Naomi spent several years with a Fortune 500 insurance company, where she drafted and negotiated procurement and service contracts and counseled clients on a variety of legal issues, including those related to insurance regulatory matters and insurance products.
