​Alissa Brice Joins Quarles & Brady’s Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group

PHOENIX, AZ — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Alissa Brice has joined the firm’s Phoenix office in its Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditor's Rights Practice Group.

Brice focuses her practice on loan and guaranty enforcement actions; loan restructuring and workouts; judicial and non-judicial foreclosures; deficiency actions; receiverships; and Chapter 11, 7, and 13 bankruptcies. She has drafted hundreds of bankruptcy briefs and settlement documents. She reviews and analyzes plans of reorganization and negotiates on behalf of her clients for optimal plan treatment. She regularly appears in bankruptcy and state courts to advocate for her clients on secured and unsecured loans.

She received her law degree from Boston College Law School and her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
