Christopher Frisina Appointed as a Vice Chair of ABA Public Contract Law Section’s Grant Law Committee09/25/20
Washington, D.C. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced today that Christopher Frisina, an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, has been appointed a vice chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Public Contract Law Section Grant Law committee.
The committee focuses on the advancement of federal grant law knowledge; advancement of the existing body of federal and state grant law through enhanced uniformity, clarity, and equity of requirements; fostering of fair and effective oversight systems and dispute systems applicable to grant project performance; and integrity in the use and management of public funds.
Frisina is a member of the firm's Health & Life Sciences and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups, focusing extensively on health care fraud, waste, and abuse. Frisina’s practice includes representing States, individual providers, health care organization, and other recipients of federal funds before various executive agencies and in federal court.
