Cory Kopitzke Elected to Indianapolis Bar Association Health Care & Life Sciences Executive Committee01/27/20
Indianapolis, IN — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Cory Kopitzke, an associate in the firm's Health & Life Sciences practice, has been elected to the Indianapolis Bar Association ("IndyBar") Health Care & Life Sciences Section Executive Committee.
The purpose of the IndyBar Health Care & Life Sciences Section is to provide a forum for interaction and information exchange to enable its lawyer members to serve their clients more effectively; to produce the highest quality non-partisan educational programs, products and services concerning health law and life sciences issues; and to serve as a public resource on selected health care and life sciences legal issues.
Kopitzke helps clients navigate government investigations and administrative litigation, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, and licensure and enrollment issues. He also assists clients in drafting and negotiating agreements used in change of ownership transactions undertaken by a broad range of health care providers, including nursing facilities, home health agencies, and assisted living facilities. Kopitzke holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Wabash College and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
