David Funkhouser Elected to Special Olympics Arizona Executive Committee12/04/18
PHOENIX — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that David E. Funkhouser III, partner in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Phoenix, has been elected to the executive committee of Special Olympics Arizona.
In the community, Funkhouser also serves on the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) Ambassador Steering Committee, which is focused on ensuring GPEC’s Ambassador Program aligns with the organization’s key objectives and mission, and is a past-president of the Maricopa County Bar Association. He also served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 2008–2009.
Funkhouser handles complex commercial litigation matters, focusing on financial institutions and servicers in all aspects of litigation, and other business disputes. He earned both his law degree and undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa.
