Ed Broecker Appointed Vice Chair of Corporate Compliance Subcommittee of ABA

Indianapolis — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Ed Broecker, a partner in the firm's Business Law practice group and leader of the firm’s International Trade and Supply Chain Practice, has been appointed vice chairman of the Corporate Compliance subcommittee of the American Bar Association.

The Corporate Compliance Committee is a subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section. The committee aims to assist in-house counsel and compliance professionals in developing, implementing, reviewing and evolving effective organizational compliance programs.

Broecker focuses his practice on corporate compliance and trade, corporate and board governance and business transactions. He represents a broad array of national and international clients with concentration in the fields of advanced manufacturing, IT and life sciences, sales and distribution and hospitality and gaming industries. Broecker received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Wabash College and his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Indiana University – Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
