Lauren Raines Elected to the After-School All-Stars Tampa Bay Board of Directors

TAMPA, FLA. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Lauren Raines, a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, has been elected to the board of directors for the After-School All-Stars Tampa Bay.

The After-School All-Stars Tampa Bay provides comprehensive after-school programs that keep children safe and help them succeed in school and life.

Raines practices in the areas of commercial real estate finance and enforcement, as well as sales and acquisitions of real property, with substantial experience in commercial lending, complex real estate transactions, loan workouts, debt restructuring and foreclosures.

Previously, Raines was on the advisory board of the Tampa Bay YMCA Central City and is a member of the American Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Gasparilla International Film Festival. She received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Florida, graduated with a Doctor of Law from Yeshiva University and received her Master of Law from New York University School of Law.
