News Release

Milwaukee — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Noelle Granitz, an associate in the firm's Real Estate practice group, has been named to Wisconsin Law Journal's Up and Coming Lawyers list.

The Wisconsin Law Journal's Up and Coming Lawyers award recognizes attorneys with eight or fewer years of experience who have handled challenging legal issues, taken steps to improve the justice system and served their communities. Honorees were chosen for their initiative and zeal for the practice of law, as well as their commitment to community and the positive effect they have on the lives of those around them.

Granitz focuses her practice on coordinating complex business transactions for clients, including acquisitions and dispositions of investment real estate, corporate real estate holdings, office buildings, multi-family residential complexes, and other commercial real estate properties. She also drafts and negotiates sophisticated commercial lease agreements for landlords and tenants. Granitz received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of Washington and her Juris Doctor, from Marquette University Law School.
