Otto Immel Named a 2013 Economic Partnership Volunteer by The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce04/29/13
NAPLES, FLA. - The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Otto W. Immel, a partner in the firm's Naples office was named one of two 2013 Economic Partnership Volunteers of the Year by The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce ("The Chamber").
Each year, The Chamber recognizes those members who, throughout the past year, have made it a priority to help advance The Chamber and work towards achieving its mission: "To make Collier County the best place in America to live, work, and visit." Immel and fellow outstanding volunteers were honored during The Chamber's Annual Meeting on April 10 in Naples.
Immel is a member of the firms Labor & Employment Practice Group. He counsels and represents employers in a wide variety of workplace-related litigation. He also advises on all aspects of labor and employment law, including workforce management issues involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other federal, state and local fair employment and anti-discrimination statutes. Immel serves as a board member for HR Collier and Fun Time Early Childhood Academy, and as a neutral hearing officer for the Collier County Board of County Commissioners. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law and his undergraduate degree, with honors, from The John Hopkins University.
