Partner Brian Hartstein Named Chicago Office Labor & Employment Chair

Chicago — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that partner Brian Hartstein has been selected as Chicago office Labor & Employment chair.
Hartstein represents management on a wide range of workplace issues, with an emphasis in employment discrimination litigation. His experience includes individual, class and collective action litigation arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the American with Disabilities Act and other federal, state and local employment laws.
Hartstein has been named an "Illinois Emerging Lawyer" by Law Bulletin Media each year since 2015.
