Quarles & Brady Announces Leadership Changes, New Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditor’s Rights Group Practice National Chair

MILWAUKEE — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced leadership changes to the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditor's Rights Group. Isaac M. Gabriel has been appointed national chair, Lauren Beslow has been named Chicago Office Chair, W. Scott Jenkins, Jr. has been named Arizona Office Chair and Brittany Ogden has been named Wisconsin Office Chair.

Gabriel focuses his practice on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and creditor's rights litigation. He represents national lending institutions, commercial equipment lenders and lessors and banking institutions. Isaac received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and his bachelor's degree, with honors, from the University of Arizona.

Beslow's practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues, commercial litigation, and finance. Beslow graduated, cum laude, from University of Illinois College of Law and received her bachelor's degree from Emory University.

Jenkins' practice focuses on commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights litigation. He represents many of the national, regional and community banks. Jenkins received his law degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University and his bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.

Ogden focuses her practice in business and commercial litigation receiverships, bankruptcy, and creditor's rights matters. She has experience representing finance and leasing clients, creditors, loan servicers, debtors, creditor committees, and clients in the agricultural industry. Ogden received her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and her bachelor's from University of Wisconsin.
