Jon Howard Named Phoenix Office Business Law Practice Group Chair, Lauren Stine Appointed Phoenix Office Litigation & Dispute

Phoenix — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced two practice group leadership changes in its Phoenix office. Effective April 1, partner Jon Howard has been named Phoenix Business Law Practice Group chair and partner Lauren Stine has been named Phoenix Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group chair.

Howard succeeds Cathleen Yu, who has led the office’s Business Law Group since 2018. Yu will continue her role as national chair of the firm's Investor Services Group. Howard serves on the executive committee of WESTMARC, a non-profit organization that aims to address important economic issues facing the West Valley of the Greater Phoenix region, and recently completed a two year term as its Chairman. He was also recently listed to Phoenix Business Journal's "40 Under 40" and has been named to Southwest Super Lawyers - Rising Stars since 2018.

Stine succeeds John O'Neal, who has been the Phoenix chair of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group since 2017. O'Neal will continue his commercial litigation practice and remain a leader at the firm. In addition to her new role, Stine is the current co-chair of the Health Litigation Group. She was featured as one of the "Most Influential Women in Arizona" by AZ Business Magazine and is currently listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation. Stine received her Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Sciences and Juris Doctor degrees from Arizona State University. Additionally, she is a member of the board directors of The Sun Devil Club, a fundraising group for Arizona State University athletics.
