Wu represents businesses in various industries and sizes in California and throughout the U.S. He has significant experience providing legal advice and counsel for employers, including avoiding wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims, as well as restrictive covenants, defamation, leaves of absence, alternative dispute resolution, class actions, RIFs and breach of contract. Wu also defends employers when claims are made against them by current or former employees, or by government agencies.
Wu received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford University, and received his law degree from Boston College Law School. Wu is currently serving in his second year as President of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, is a Board Member and Past-President of the Northern California Employment Roundtable, and former President and Board Member of the Walnut Creek Little League.
