Quarles & Brady Attorneys Named "Legal Elite Up & Comers" by Florida Trend Magazine

Tampa, FL — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Zac Foster and Jordan Maglich have been named 2020 "Legal Elite Up & Comers" by Florida Trend Magazine.

Florida Trend's Elite Up & Comers are lawyers who garnered the most votes in a special category for attorneys under the age of 40 who have exhibited leadership in the law and their communities. Only lawyers who are currently licensed and practicing in Florida are eligible for selection. A full list of honorees is included in Florida Trend Magazine’s July 2020 issue.

Foster is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice and Class Action Defense Groups and specializes in complex commercial litigation. He litigates disputes for a variety of clients spanning the banking, franchise, network marketing, medical benefits, and retail sales industries. Foster holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Maglich is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group and he focuses his practice on commercial litigation, securities and financial services, and regulatory matters. He represents securities broker/dealers, investment advisors, and has significant experience representing court-appointed receivers in state and federal regulatory actions involving Ponzi schemes and consumer fraud. Maglich holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from the University of Florida, and a Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami.
