Quarles & Brady Listed Among Florida Trend's "Best Companies To Work For In Florida" For Third Consecutive Year
NAPLES, Fla. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that its Florida offices have been ranked among the “Best Companies to Work For in Florida” 2014 by Florida Trendmagazine and Best Companies Group. This is the third consecutive year in which the firm has been on the list and ranked in the top 30 or higher and was the 12th ranked large company statewide for 2014.
The Best Companies to Work For in Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. To be considered for participation, companies or government entities must employ at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
One-hundred companies were recognized and separated into three groups - large companies of 250 or more U.S. employees, mid-sized companies of 50 to 249 U.S. employees and small companies of fewer than 50 U.S. workers. With Florida offices in Naples and Tampa, Quarles & Brady was listed in the large companies category. All winners will be published in the August 2014 issue of Florida Trend.
