An active member of the firm's initiatives, Davis is the current Naples office chair of the Women's Forum, which provides mentorship to younger female attorneys and creates and hosts programs on professional and career development topics for women in the Naples community. She also is the past chairperson of Quarles Cares, where she actively organized community volunteer events for the firm throughout Naples and Collier County.

Davis has earned numerous accolades, including being named a 2019 “Leader in the Law” by the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
