WASHINGTON, D.C. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP has launched OIG Monitor, a new online publication from the firm’s Health & Life Science’s Practice.
Helping health care providers stay ahead of enforcement trends, OIG Monitor offers timely perspectives and analysis concerning the actions taken by the Office of the Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Each edition, the first of which can be viewed here, will include case summaries and data-driven insights into the OIG’s oversight of programs that fall under the purview of the HHS, including Medicare and Medicaid, as well as institutions such as the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the National Institutes of Health. Quarterly snapshots of OIG activity will also reflect the myriad of industry laws, rules, and regulations.
