Stephanie Quincy, partner, Quarles & Brady LLP: There is more and more attention on equal pay for equal work for women. We heard it on the campaign trail - from both Hillary Clinton and Ivanka Trump. There have been Supreme Court cases (Lilly Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co.), corrections by Congress (the Lilly Ledbetter Act), and lots of follow-up litigation. Recently, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is looking at a more proactive approach. It announced that it will require employers to provide significant pay data to the EEOC.
