Theodore Sullivan Named Quarles & Brady Washington, D.C., Office Health & Life Sciences Chair

Washington, D.C. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that partner Theodore Sullivan has been named Washington, D.C., office Health & Life Sciences chair.

Sullivan counsels and advises clients on FDA regulations and matters related to prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biological products, cosmetics, and foods and dietary supplements.

Before joining the firm, Sullivan was legal counsel for an international medical device company and before practicing law, he was an FDA biologist at FDA’s National Center for Food Safety and Technology, where he conducted research into methods for detection of food-borne pathogens and toxins.
