Please join a panel of Quarles attorneys for a discussion of what legal and regulatory requirements must be met to license various types of data. Attendees will leave the webinar with a better understanding of ways to ensure university data collection is done ethically, with compliance in mind, and while preserving the future ability to license.
Continuing Legal Education:
After the program, Quarles will apply for 1.0 hours of general continuing legal education credit for Quarles attorneys and their clients in U.S. jurisdictions where applicable. Quarles certifies that this activity has been approved for California Participatory MCLE credits by the State Bar of California in the amount of 1.0 general credits.
