The session's topics included:

• Discussion and analysis of CMS’ telehealth requirements and how a compliance program can monitor them, including state-specific examples
• Attendees saw how CMS’ requirements mandate specific elements for telehealth visits to be appropriate for billing, including examples of changes related to the public health emergency and how CMS requirements can be different from state requirements
• Discussion of best practices for effectively implementing telehealth in your organization and identify common pitfalls post-COVID-19
